• please pressure officals to oppose this in whatever way possible

My reasons for being Ex-baptist (7/28/2025)

• I have personally experienced homophobia in the baptist faith, such as my experience on a mission trip when righr after a pastor invited gay people my youth leader said he was "shocked by so many people struggling with homosexuality"
• I also personally detest the objectification of both men but especiallu women by baptism
• The statement "no hate like Christian love" very much rings true within Baptism
• I decided to leave the church spirtually about a year ago although I still go to church due to family
